But what is the exact meaning of “Cell is registered in Core”. Yes definatley that site is on RNC-LAC boundary. But it’s not 100% registration fail. Registration fail rate is two much high in that sector. So what exactley I need to check in core?
One more thing any idea about failure due to ALCAP & IU Protocol error’s?
