KPI stands for Key Performance Index, and it is pretty important to know faults & network performance that might not appear at the OMC such as SDCCH call drop, SDCCH congestion rate, TCH call drop, TCH congestion rate, Call Setup Successful Rate (CSSR), Handover Success Rate (HSR), … etc.
