i think this type of case will lead to CALL DROP.
But….
What happens in the cases where CALL is not dropped. I mean MS attempts for a handover but fails to do so. And we see a crossed hand type of symbol in TEMS.
What is this case.
I mean how do they came to know from the handover failure that the target is not defined as the neighbour in OMCR.
