your question is very vague..; i’m not sure my answer is going to help, but it might give you some ideas.
one PDCH = 1 radio timeslot
so if you can find the average number of PDCH per TBF, then the TBF average duration, you might be able to make an analogy with the circuit switched traffic, by using the erlang law.
