TCC means when you have only 3+3+3 configuration you must active the following position in every sector for RBS 2206
TRU Pos 0,Pos 2,Pos 3 and Position 1 Deactive.
in this case you will have coverage from TRu 0 and capacity from TRU 2 and 3
