contact Forsk (they have a website, they developped ATOLL, and they can provide temporary license for trial purpose).
alcatel’s RNP tool (A9155) is based on Atoll, with additional proprietary modules (RMS and C/I inputs for frequency and neighbor planning, for instance). They provide temporary licenses as well.
