FACCH hasn’t got enough throughput : just two bits per timeslot…
alcatel system is great, of course 🙂 the whole system is well designed, and it is a pleasure to perform optimization using RNO (or NPO soon).
you might just have to deal with “french ego” sometimes.. is alcatel swapping out motorola ?
