Have you got BTS ultra site or City Talk?
In ultrasite, VERY IMPORTANT, in HW configurator you must select in BTS information: OUTDOOR.
By default, it is in INDOOR. After commissioning.
The door contact don’t work with INDOOR option and HEATER door is off.
