how bout the TCH Assign Fail and SD ASFR, and also if u have checked flicks on the Media. As your SD Drop is high so it might be with the problem with BCCH TRX or Combiner on that end and either VSWR and low power of the same. Frequency plan will not let the SD Drop to tht extend. Check the alarms and media flicks.
