The definite workaround for this alarm is to follow the commissioning procedure as is meant to be. Use a freq counter to measure 13 MHz in the BOIA card, otherwise you will be experiencing always the same problem. Of course, this alarm has a lot to do with “bouncing” PCM lines (E1 or T1).
