PCM SYNCH (NO USABLE PCM REFERENCE)
Possible Reasons
This is probably a transmission fault. Check the PCM line, the transmission equipment, etc.
Check PCM quality with BSC and OMT monitor “Phase difference error, PCM”.
Note: the preferred PCM reference can be set in the IDB, e.g. PCM A, PCM B or both.
