Tower ht depends on so many factor like LOS for MW connectivity,Bldg stability ect..
And for GSM antenna ht on tower ganarally 5 to6 m higher than Avg. clutter Ht.
For transmission survey we have to check E1 capacity on far end(means LOS sites) transmission survey is simple but Tx Planning is more intersting as compare to survey.
to make best nominal cell planning u can see and run the pridiction in netact planner tools from that u can get some idea for the cell planning means u can get basic idea abt sector azimuth.
