Hi Tag, if the sector in question is on hopping, you may need to disable it. Try cell doctor and see any particular TRX have sign of bad quality. Lock suspected bad TRX to see if drop call rate improve. Please Use MML command to see if any alarms on this sector. It may be external interference that result high drop call rate. All the best!
