Hi,Guys,We are facing a problem of congestion of more than 1% on all our sites,it is ranging from 1% to 60%,there are more 10,000 Location updates request in every cell every day.we are a new operator & we have only 100 customers.we found that location updates are from other operators,we are not able to find out the reason why other operators customers are trying to latch on our network,we are using ZTE equipment,bts ZGR8018,8112 & BSC-iBSC10.can any body help.
