1. You need to know signalling data – MSC SP, SP of BSC, HLR and all other switches you connected with.
2. You need to know data for sccp –
GT of MSC, VLR, HLR.
3. Numbering plan – MSISDN, MSRN/HON segments. And also all required numbering info of other networks (PSTN, PLMN). Dialing rules accepte in network. How to manage special service prefixes.
4. You need get announcement files from operator and prepare them for load into MSC
