Not to speak for John, but he is telling you to get in line for unemployment. I’ve been doing technical work for Call Centers for just over 18 years. I have been fortunate to never be unemployed during my years, but that isn’t the case with many of my friends. I have found you have to be where the work is, or have the skills to let you do work remotely. Good luck.
