I hope you are very clear of Grade of services( GoS , i.e % blocking )while calculating the number of E1s required, also it depends on number of subscribers and the erl/subscriber considered.
and for % ultilisation of your calculated trunks(E1s) take busy hour (traffic carried in erlangs / offerred erlang(calculated))*100
