to do the commissioning of nokia bts ,fellow these steps
1.open NOKIA BTS manager
2.go to TOOL in the manu bar.
3.clik on bts configurator.
4.go to configuration in the menu bar of new window
5.clik on wizard
6.creat new configuration according to the requirement.
7. in the menu bar,go to BTS click on send to bts.
8.clik on send.
9.close the window
10.go to TOOLS in the menu bar of nokia bts manager,select hub managr.
11.commission it
