I got this kind of problem with OCB SYSTEM
tHIS IS DUE TO NONE SPECIFY FAULT IN ALCALTEL SYSTEM(Cause 59 Class T)
You can modify you dialtime counter(Reduce there value)
After you will see ccs7 signaling fault reducing .
