I initially need to understand the general hardware architecture, particularely the network facing interfaces (2Mb and 64k). I would also like to learn about the user interface, the format of the Man-Machine-Language and how to interrogate the datfill on the switch, example what type of commands can I use to list subscribers, their facilities, Centrex Groups, Hunt Groups, PRI trunks, DDI ranges etc…
