1 Erlang = the amount of traffic it takes to keep one traffic sensitive facility busy for 1 hr.
Erlang C is just a traffic model based on delay.
the 10.02 ms to transmit is also known as average hold time.
What you are giving is probably someone trying to use the erlang c model for data traffic.
