Engset and Erlang B are different. Erlang B is based on an assumption that call-generating sources is infinite but Engset is opposite. Engset is based on assumption that sources are finite. Let say Engset is one of the Erlang B Derivative. In case of telephone system the sources should be finite. Erlang B and Enfset are used in the Loss system.
