We are having one Quintom TENOR 3200 box and from this it is connected to NORSTAR equipment. Actually we are using this for calls purpose from our LAN to other LAN which is having VPN connection. Suddenly from few days onwards we can’t able to receive or call any calls from other LAN suddenly. This will happens on the day time and by evening it will connect again. Please help us regarding this.
