You probably need to check the h323sg settings or the iprg settings as maybe the default tunnelling should be changed.
As for the min computer req, I am not sure I understand this as the AX is a self contained unit and is not dependant on a PC. You need only use telnet on your PC to access the AX. If you want to use the GUI, then there may be some requirements on that.
