If you want to call from Quintum over IP using SIP, first you must either connect a phone to the FXS port or a phone line to the FXO port and configure the unit to allow dialing from either of these. Then, as outlined in their SIP documentation (available on their web site).
Then you need to provide a SIP Proxy server where the tenor will register to.
