Your question and the topic are some what confusing. I am assuming that you have the E1 ISDN line connected to the DX2030 and the AX800 since the AX will never work with an E1 line.
As for making making calls, there really is no way in any of the tenors to make a call from one box to the other. You need to have a phone connected to the unit for the AX, and /or a line to the AX or DX and make a call from the phone/line to the Tenor then the Tenor will route the call (if it is setup correctly) to the other end.
