dynamic ip does not seem to work well with clarent 101/ dlink-104SH connecting directly,the options is that you need a third ip to set up a gatekeeper, no need routing, and the two gateways need set the keeplive to gatekeeper which I prefer 120-180 seconds, and it is your taste how to set up the gatekeeper.
