I got problem when I’m trying to get into my Tenor AX.

Can anybody help me where to get the TCM ?
Because I see it on the quintum.com it only provide Tenor Configuration Manager CM103-07-02.
My Current Client Version is : TENOR_CLIENT_P102.11.00
My System OS : Windows XP
