Kiddind aside, Alper found out that the Quintum did not operate properly behind a NAT.
A software upgrade fixed the trouble. He still behind the NAT and now works like a champ.
We did exactely as you mentioned, tested using a third unit on the US.
But oh surprise, it worked on both directions O.K. from the US!!!!
The trouble only shows on outgoing calls, from the defective unit.
Incoming calls to the defective unit are O.K.
