I wanna know the formula of Erlang X. I have searched in web and got no solution for my problem. No article or paper that describes Erlang X formula. There’s just an explanation that Erlang X is an extended from Erlang C which can handle about abandonment, retrial, and blocking call.
I have heard about Mitan C formula that can handle about those problems. But unfortunately, I can’t find the formula either.
Can anybody help me to give information about tha formula? Either Erlang X or Mitan C.
