the critical problems being faced by agents is the difference in time zone that they have to work in, they get a complete 12 hour shift and have to develop dual personalities (one indian and the other foreign)
other things is the odd working hours and also no individual can keep on calling for a long time , one can just dfo it for 2-3 years and then has to move on
