Either you can own the individual pieces of the hardware that are required to run an international call center like ACD, PredictiveDialer, CRM , Switches etc or you can remotely tap into these services utilizing a good IP or IPLC connection…this is called hosted solution. A lot of companies offer it and I have my own favorties 🙂
