Hi guys, I work for Sun Microsystems in Pakistan, and Sun is prety interested to invest in pakistan, the first of that would be a call centre. But i dont have a clue about it, Can any one of you give me this information abaout cost per seat and infrastructure required, licencing costs etc. The function of the call centre would only be answering customer complaints from world wide.
