I would like to start a 10 footer Call center at kerala, a south indian state from indian sub-continent. i have no knowledge about this. but i am good at computers. currently i am running a computer training center. i would like to start a call center. please help me, and mail me about this.we have 10 computers and guys having good knowledge in conversation english. i want to know technical details and the total investment to start it.
