I am interested in 50 seat Outbound dialing. How are your costs structured? Are they based on the number of seats or seats + T1 + IPLC costs ? or ?
What kind of equipment (Dialer, Mux, etc) do you have and what would I need to provide, aside from agent stations, headsets.
