i m a student of CS in last semester. we have our proj “to make a predictive dialer(soft dialer) for a call center”.
we have understood all th things like ACD,inbound,outbound calls, CTI link etc.
But we want to know exact architecture of the system & what hardware (or components) are needed in this system?
our basic target is for inbound ,outbound etc. ok? we have here T1 line or Cable line in this call center. so plz help us in this regard.
plz help us in this hardware side, architecture side matter.
