Delhi ( NCR ) is one of the Biggest Markets in Call Centers in India. We have atleast 45 Listed operational and over 15 Starting in next few weeks. Thus, anyone who is interested needs to think twice as the Essential ingredient of English speaking staff is available in plenty here. Since the cost of Infra is only limited to rental, which you get in Delhi at Rs. 22 – 25 Per Sq. Ft with complete power, Computers and the works in NCR. You only need 5000 odd Sq. Ft for 48 Seats, so it becomes 12-15 Lacs more in the entire project cost ( if you reduce the imputed rent of your own place elsewhere it will be even lesser ), but the business is assured in a running competitive market. There are many Infrastructure providers in Delhi who have started offering Call Center facility ( Including Mux and IPLC ) for immediate business. Still the geographical preference is not must for overseas clients.
