Hi,

Plse help to calculate and provide productivity formula of an agent with follw stats.

Production time : Login Time minus 1hr break time
Total Skillset Talk Time
Total Not Ready Time
Total Wait Time

We are actually using Symposium 5.0. since couple of weeks.
