Hi friends,
I was reading this discussion… and was getting an impression as is the call centers in india and china really adding cost to the company instead of value 2 the company. I am an employee of GE capital but i don’t think so. I think these international companies know what is 2 be dona and how to do the job so that the customer is also satisfied and the employee too.
