Now there is another interesting problem that i am facing.
T3101 expiry is increased after swap from Siemens to NSN BTSs.
The UL sensitivities are same for both BTSs. And increasing RxLevAccessMin does not help to decrease T3101 expiry.
Do you have any idea about it?
