the correct cable is:
– Position 2 (RJ 45) –> position 3 (DB9-serial)
– Position 3 (RJ 45) –> position 2 (DB9-serial)
– Position 1 (RJ 45) –> position 5 (DB9-serial)
then in DB9 Serial you must put 1 with 6 with 4 and 7 with 8
