Routing issues

    We’ve been having issues where numbers are set in the hnd but instead are going to the assigned tcrg it’s going to the carrier and then back in to the quintum and to the appropriate tcrg but then sending us an error code 66 user busy.
    Any idea why this would happen?
    As far as we can see the server is up and running fine. The ports are not full.
    My thoughts would be if it wasn’t working and the quintum saw that the T1 was down then it would try to route the call out to the carrier. But this isn’t the case.
    Any ideas?

    Carol,

    I am unsure of your problem here. If the call comes from IP to the DX, as long as the match is correct (and the line is active), the call will be sent out the TCRG group. If HND is not correct or the line is down, the DX will not re-route the call, that is up to the orig device to do so.
