I tryed with windows based tftpd it works , but with linux based it does not why?

Are your files in /tftpboot world-readable? Got any log to share?

I made them all chown nobody.nobody starting with tftpboot directory and made them rwx to group and others,somewhere I read that we can not show the path when connecting to tftpd in linux but quintum sends

The last lines go after I changed owner and mode of /tftpboot/quintum/ivr/Russian/*.wav

After your hints I have made it to work.It worked after I have changed the user to run as in /etc/xinetd.d/tftp file to root.
