I have problems with a200 registered with our ITSP. I can hear but thr called party hear nothing. Who can help me??

Are you using the A200 connected directly to the internet service???
Or do you have a router in betwen the A200 and the service????
Sounds like you are using NAT and the router is loosing the packets one way.
I still have some A200 in service, and I never had that trouble when they are directly conected to the Net.
