How to redirect PSTN calls over VOIP?

    Try disabling/enabling “fast start”
    on the Quintum. You are getting the indication that the line is ringing on the data channel ,but the quintum is not generating the “ringback” audio to the user.

    Also there is a setting for “progress tones” somewhere. Try changing that setting.
