RAB failure is always followed by the reason
it can be resources limitation (CE congestion,Iub congestion, code congestion; power congestion, user congestion,…) or mobility issues or bad RF conditions (pilot pollution,…)

Congestion, Overload and a lack of a coherent Policy (PCRF) solution are input factors for “RAB failures”. Periodic Network (Radio, Core, IP Network, etc..) dimensioning must be done so that the available resources align with the offered Bundles (Services, Products, etc..).
