Hi Pix,
outdoor is OK. The problem is indoor. In Idle the level is stable. After establishing the call, in Dedicated mode, in hopping TRXs, there is a drop in level (from -85 dBm in Idle there is a drop to -95 dBm in dedicated).

4th March 2011 at 09:47 #62647DellGuestHi Ian,
thanks for your help. Here are operational params and default:
L_RXLEV_UL_P= operational -87 dB (default -95)
L_RXLEV_DL_P= -85 (def. -85)
U_RXLEV_UL_P= -77 (def. -85)
U_RXLEV_DL_P= -75 (def. -75)pow_red_step= 2 dB (def. 2 dB)
pow_inc_step_size= 6 dB (def. 4 dB)
pow_red_factor=1 (def. 0.5)
pow_inc_factor=1 (def. 0.8)Should I change these params to default? And what about EN_BS_PC, should I disable it?

@dell:I know its late for this, but have you tried disabling Power control does the issue remain as it is now, if no then your issue is not related to power control. also is this cell concentric, as a call being assigned to DCS can effect levels too. Plus THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT “you haven’t told if you are experiancing quality within the window or degraded from it, if quality is within the window then there is no issue”.5th March 2011 at 18:21 #62649DellGuestHi Mania,
Thanks for your contribution.
I changed parameters listed in my previous post to default parameters. Power control didn’t disabled yet. I’m going to do that on Monday. Quality is not the issue, of course, when level drops to -100 there’s a little degradation of RxQual.
Thanks again and thanks to Ian, Pix, Brother and the others.

Ian3rd May 2011 at 06:38 #62651DellGuestHi Ian,
thanks you reminded me. The problem remained the same at the points with low signal level. RMS_Power_Average (DL and UL) was decreased, so I put parameters mentioned in previous posts to their original values.
