Ho guys, can you please help me, I have a 2G Ericsson 3G Huawei network, and we change the QSC=15 so that once the call in 3G has bad radio conditions triggers an inter-RAT to GSM and then the call will stay only in GSM no mather the 3G radio conditions, until the user hangs up the call and then in idle mode will reselect again to 3G.

The problem is that we have seen that overall BLER has incremented to 5%, while normal value in the whole network was 1.5%.

Have this happened to you??? Do you have any idea what could be the cause??

What is BLER in 3G? What happen if it is Decreased or Increased?
