SDCCH of 1800 not Busy in Co-BCCH cell.

    Hi,
    I am found that if i define SDCCH in 1800(OL) band in a cell having BCCH in 900(UL) Band , SDDCH never become busy.

    I want to know the cause.

    Any one can help me?

    It is normally forbidden to define a SDCCH in 1800 zone (by 3GPP standards), so maybe your BTS doesn’t support allocating 1800 sdcch to MS in a cell with a 900 bcch.

    In any case, you should change your configuration in order to follow standards.
