we have silence during the call , and its happend sometimes ,
when you are calling you can’t hear ,and when they call you , you can’t hear
so please advice
silence during the call in a EWSD switch can be a far end SDH port malfunctioning however most of the times its CIC mismatch, try changing far end SDH port ,if CICs are ok.

This problem of urs is due to the CIC mismatch as suggested by Kapil, to check it you can ask MSC guy to block a particular CIC, / check the corresponding LED of the ET card in TCSM, there u must get a break.
